Sales and Lead Generation (Cleaning Services)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base for residential and commercial cleaning services. The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct cold calls and emails to identify and secure new leads and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable engaging with potential clients to communicate the value of our cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted cold calls and emails to businesses and individuals to generate new leads for residential and commercial cleaning services.

Research and identify potential clients, understanding their cleaning needs and preferences.

Utilize various online platforms and tools to compile lists of potential leads and keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the benefits of our cleaning services.

Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and interactions using CRM software.

Provide support to the sales team by scheduling appointments and ensuring that relevant information is communicated effectively.

Assist with general administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on lead generation and sales support.
