We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales and Lead Generation Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or client communication, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and relationship building. You should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients to identify their needs and match them with our solutions.

Responsibilities:

– Generate new business opportunities through various lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
– Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our products or services, emphasizing how we can add value to their business.
– Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and client information, ensuring accurate tracking of communication and sales activities.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing engagement and conversion rates.
– Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client communication, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
– Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and persuasive client interactions.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
– Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales pipelines.
– A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
