Job Description

This is a DIRECT HIRE and we are not an agency. We are seeking for Sales and Lead Gen experts for our CRM Consultancy company located in the US for 2024!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies targeting companies seeking CRM implementations.
2. Utilize cutting-edge software tools to identify and capture potential leads.
3. Manage the inbox and expertly nurture potential leads to enhance conversion rates.
4. Conduct thorough market research to understand the unique needs and challenges of target companies.
5. Collaborate seamlessly with marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
7. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in lead generation software.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, sales and appointment setting.
2. Track record of successfully targeting and generating leads across multiple industries.
3. Proficiency in using lead generation software and CRM platforms.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
7. Has experience and knows how to use APOLLO and SALES NAVIGATOR.
8. With cold email experience.
9. Can work US hours.
