Sales and Marketing

Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to promote our brand and existing products. Having a marketing professional on board who can do research and develop marketing plans is essential to extending our business. This role will involve a mix of Sales and Marketing – reaching out to establishments in the UK and formulating strategies to increase our brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to identify and target potential customers and have a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Marketing
– The focus will be on sales, marketing, and research. Find companies and new business leads across the UK.
– Increase brand awareness
– Potentially including cold calling prospect establishments (if needed)
– Maintain strength and consistency of our brand message across all marketing channels and activities including email campaigns and social media.

General
– Research and Email potential customers
– Doing basic graphic designing using Canva is a great advantage but not required.
– A little bit of posting and creating content on Social Media Platforms and creating campaigns (not a regular task to do)
– Collaborate with the team to plan content and develop plans to improve our brand visibility.
– Allot tasks on project management software. Oversee projects and see the completion of projects through Notion.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Sales and Marketing
– Having experience in management is highly recommended.
– Someone who demonstrates exceptional sales, and customer service skills.
– You have a strong business sense and deep knowledge of market trends
– Strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
– Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Creating Campaigns.

We are excited to offer a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home at your own pace, except for meetings (if necessary). We are currently seeking a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and a potential to become full-time in the future 🙂
