I need someone bilingual to help me run 2-3 small businesses. The majority of your daily activities would be:
Posting on various social media pages to generate business
Building out e mail marketing lists to send out bi weekly messages. So experience with that is helpful. Can be trained.
Respond to inbound e mail inquiries for work orders.
Answer incoming calls (you will vary rarely make outbound calls unless you are communicating with my 1-2 employees here)
Creating social media content in Canva, documenting before and after photos of completed projects. Canva is VERY important so if you can prove you’re really talented with it, that would be a huge help.
Sending out invoices and making sure they get paid within 24 hours.
Managing the Google MyBusiness pages for each business (Posting regularly, asking clients for reviews and then responding to reviews within 24 hours).
Outbound e mail and text messaging to other realtors (I will teach you, very easy)
Documenting at the end of each shift what we accomplished each day. There will be a lot of guidance and support early on until you get comfortable and more independent.
The pay:
Every 2 weeks via Paypal .
Salary:
I will offer a base hourly pay with commissions on top. The goal is to have you earn a minimum of $800 USD as a base and with commission bonuses I want you to earn a total of $1200 a month USD and more as we grow.
