Job Description

Role: Marketing & Sales Operations Admin

Responsibilities:
Reporting on Sales/Closer #’s
Hubspot Reports and Dashboards
Google Sheets
Managing all marketing operations and ensuring everything is documented
LINK | Marketing Gdrive
LINK | Marketing Trackers
LINK | Video Resources
LINK | Email Marketing
Creating, documenting, and instructing team members on each relevant procedure, system, and automation and the purpose for each
Creating funnels & sales pages in ClickFunnels and Hubspot
Work with video editor and social media manager for graphics/pictures
Scheduling Email in Hubspot
Back end operations and reporting of:
Attribution source tracking and reporting for closes and calls booked
UTM creation across all channels
FB Ads (in partnership with Marketing Lead/Consultant)
Email campaigns, automation and tracking
Hubspot Tracking & Automation
Sales and Marketing Reports
Sales and Marketing Dashboards
Webinar Set Up & Reporting
Typeform applications and surveys
Ownership of Marketing Tech Stack
Hubspot, OnceHub, Aloware, Google Sheets KPI Tracker, STR Secrets Website, HootSuite
Ensuring fulfillment of every marketing process in a timely manner

Maintenance and improvement of (wordpress)
Ownership of Sales/Marketing Offboarding plans
Ensure we are no longer paying for softwares that are not needed

Results:
Hubspot Dashboards updated every week
Calls Booked
Calls booked per source
Closes per source
Close Ratio
Contacts Created by Source
Collected Ratio
Updating Marketing Scorecard Weekly
A completely efficient marketing machine where any component (team member) can easily do their job without having to ask for something or get on a meeting for clarification
Do I have everything I need today to complete all of my objectives today without question?
Am I 100% confident in my objectives for the day/week/month?
A fully tracked end to end marketing tracker for the following:
Lead first attribution
Lead last attribution
Revenue per source MoM, YoY
Revenue per closer MoM, YoY

Requirements:
Extensive Experience with Hubspot at least 3 years
Experience creating funnels using Clickfunnels
Experience reporting facebook ad data
A complete end to end understanding of standard business processes
Proficiency in using social media: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube
Proficiency in using the tech stack, including Zapier, Slack, Google Docs/Sheets, Oncehub, Calendly, Monday, Typeform, Clickfunnels
