We are building a small, but very tightly knit team at – we make our clients famous through earned media — PR, press mentions, and similar.
Working hours are flexible, but you are expected to be responsive on Slack during your shift. We typically hold team meetings between 4p – 8p PST once a week. You will have a _lot_ of independence.
Your role is to recruit, retain and renew clients for this monthly service.
Tools used:
– Cold email (Mailshake, Lemlist, Woodpecker, etc)
– contact info finder ()
– Collaboration (Slack, click google docs) etc
– VoIP (WhatsApp, openphone)
– CRM
Responsibilities:
– Identifying customer segments that are good fits for the service
– Building lists of customer segments to reach out to
– Using automation to build and send cold email campaign sequences
– Using email reputation tools to ensure high deliverability
– Collaborating with the ops team to ensure sales tools are working and in good standing (warming up addresses as needed)
– Manually following up with interested leads through email, voice, and social media
– Addressing sales objections (and logging those objections)
– Customizing and sending proposals (using DocSend to track analytics)
– Logging interactions and opportunities in CRM
– Providing daily/weekly/monthly reports overviews (automated reports and manual creation)
– working alongside the ops team to ensure smooth onboarding of client
– serving as the escalation point for ongoing customer communication
– looking for opportunities to upsell and increase revenue per client
– maintaining nurture campaigns for relevant leads that aren’t interested now
