Our client based in Australia is a management and education consulting firm dedicated to having impact through research, innovation and development and is currently looking for a creative and reliable Sales and Marketing Assistant.
Job Overview:
The client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. Reporting directly to the Brand and Marketing Manager based in Sydney, this role plays a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of our marketing and sales efforts. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of our brand and support various marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Support
– Assist in maintaining a consistent brand image across all channels.
– Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
– Contribute to the development and execution of brand awareness campaigns.
Sales Assistance
– Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and maintain customer relationships.
– Salesforce data entry and leads management.
– Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
– Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Marketing Coordination
– Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
– Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content.
– Coordinate event logistics, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
Content Development
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various platforms.
– Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including blog posts, case studies, and newsletters.
Market Research
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
– Provide insights to inform strategic decision-making within the marketing and sales teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead Generation : Track and report on the number of leads generated through marketing activities.
Conversion Rates : Monitor conversion rates at each stage of the marketing funnel.
Brand Metrics : Measure brand awareness and perception through surveys and other metrics.
ROI : Evaluate the return on investment for marketing campaigns.
Digital Metrics : Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital KPIs.
Customer Retention : Monitor customer retention rates and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, or Brand Marketing
Proven experience in a marketing or sales support role
Experience in Salesforce, Apollo & Hootsuite (not mandatory)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools
Knowledge of the education sector is a plus
