We are interested in hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. Your ultimate goal will be to perform various administrative tasks for the smooth running of the Marketing Department. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you are duties and responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services.
Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
Preparing budget and time constraints.
Working in collaboration with the Media department.
Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms and coming up with monthly results reports and analyzation
Updating/Filling in Sales and Marketing Scorecard
Leads List Building
Other miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities related to Sales and Marketing..
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, and Management, or a related field.
Experience working as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or a similar role in the Marketing Department.
Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of office management principles and procedures.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Exhibit excellent abilities to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
With solid research and analytical skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
A keen eye on details for accuracy.
An organized individual with exceptional people skills.
