Sales and Marketing Assistant (Cold Caller)

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales and Marketing Assistant with exceptional cold calling skills to support our sales and marketing efforts that can start immediately. Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold outreach via phone calls and emails to old leads in our CRM database.
– Engage with potential customers to promote our nursing test preparation courses and services.
– Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns.
– Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of cold calling efforts.

Skills Required:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
– Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
