Job Description

We are a small Canadian-based Managed IT Services company seeking a talented virtual assistant with a range of skills to help us with the administration of sales, marketing, and social media tasks. As our multi-disciplinary virtual assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team and take on a range of responsibilities to help grow our business.

Responsibilities:

– Assist with the administration of sales and marketing tasks such as data entry, lead generation, and email marketing campaigns
– Help manage our social media accounts and assist with content creation and scheduling
– Act as a virtual assistant and provide general administrative support to the team as needed
– Assist with graphic design tasks, creating marketing materials and social media content
– Maintain, update, and help architect customer relationship management (CRM) software, particularly HubSpot
– Communicate effectively with team members and potential clients via email, phone, and video conference
– Manage tasks and deadlines independently while adhering to the company’s standards and processes
– Remain flexible with work hours to ensure adequate coverage during some of the core working hours in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Qualifications:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar administrative support role
– Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software
– Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable internet connection and computer equipment to work from home

This is a full-time, remote position in the Philippines with competitive compensation and benefits. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, proactive, and has a positive attitude.
