Position: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Pay: $6 – $8 DOE
Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Role:
This role is a fusion of a sales and marketing assistant and an internal marketing coordinator/podcast producer. The candidate will be a multitasking maven, providing support across a variety of projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in online research for marketing campaigns and strategic projects.
Handle data entry tasks related to customer management, sales leads, and other operational needs.
Offer support in editing content for marketing materials, podcast episodes, and other digital content.
Coordinate and manage our social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
Contribute to ad creation processes, from conceptualization to design adjustments.
Manage email communications, both internal and external.
Organize and maintain files on Google Drive.
Assist in podcast production, from planning, scheduling guests, editing, to promotion.
Adaptable to tasks not listed here, displaying a “can-do” attitude to figure things out.
Qualifications:
A college degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields).
Experience in Executive Administration and Business Management.
Superior writing skills in line with US business communication standards.
Abilities:
Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to foster strong relationships with clients, listeners, and team members.
Capacity to handle high-pressure scenarios and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Exceptional phone presence and communication acumen.
Quick-thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
An intrinsic drive to constantly learn, adapt, and deliver superior results.
