Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead and develop our sales and marketing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to identify and acquire new mobile home parks, increasing our market presence, and driving business growth. It is essential to understand that we are a start-up company. In the beginning, you will be a one-person shop. You must love sales, as you will be responsible for cold-calling and generating new business. The idea is that you first gain experience in our industry by doing it yourself, creating the systems, and ultimately building your team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to acquire new mobile home parks.
Build, lead, and manage a sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and emerging opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with park owners, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
Develop marketing materials and campaigns to enhance company branding and market presence.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
Highly Fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in real estate acquisitions, preferably in the mobile home park sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing a team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in HubSpot software and Microsoft Office Suite.
