Our talented stylists stay ahead of the curve, using the latest trends in women’s hair color and cutting techniques to create the hair of our clients’ dreams. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to join our team part-time, working remotely.
What We’re Looking For:
Are you an organized, communicative, and personable individual with 1-3 years of experience in remote Sales and Marketing management? Do you excel at motivating teams and solving problems? Key Responsibilities:
•Strategy Development: Create sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
•Team Management: Lead and motivate sales teams to meet targets.
•Campaign Planning: Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
•Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
•Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Preferred Experience:
•Sales and Marketing
•Fluent in English
•Proficiency in essential tools: Trello, Excel, Google Docs, Canva
•Ability to track numbers and daily sales goals
•Effective communication skills to collaborate with the team
•Availability to work in the CST time zone from 9 am to 3 pm
•20-29 hours per week commitment
