As part of our expansion, we are seeking two experienced Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

– Developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company goals.
– Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
– Providing professional and timely responses to client inquiries, addressing their questions and needs.
– Nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Promoting awareness of our products and services through strategic marketing initiatives.
– Effectively communicating with leads through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls.
– Tenaciously following up with prospects, guiding them through the sales process, and closing deals within defined sales cycles.
– Meeting weekly sales targets in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
– Developing and executing marketing campaigns on social media platforms to engage and attract potential customers.
– Gathering valuable feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services.
– Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
– Conducting cold calls to identify potential leads and opportunities.
– Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects.

Qualifications:

– Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
– Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
– Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
– Proficient in data entry and management.
– Comfortable with cold calling and appointment setting.
– Results-driven and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
