**Sales and Marketing Executive**

Type of Employment: Full Time
Salary Range: AUD 8ph – AUD 12ph
Department: Sales
Reports to: CEO

Description:
Salespeople are integral to a company’s expansion and growth. By identifying and pursuing new leads, spotting opportunities to upsell, and providing a positive customer experience, these sales professionals help to grow and retain a company’s customer base and increase revenue. The role requires exceptional communication skills and deep knowledge of a company’s offerings, allowing salespeople to successfully guide prospects toward the solutions they need.

Responsibilities:
– Develop business solutions tailored to company and industry needs
– Provide recommendations backed by data and market research
– Foresee outcomes of proposals using data projections
– Find and interview experts who can speak to industry-specific topics

Requirements:
– Strong business instincts and the ambition to grow and learn
– Experience working in finance, marketing, or analytics
– Practiced written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software, like Salesforce
– Excellent work ethic and personal drive
– Experience conducting research, surveys, or interviews, and gleaning insights from results
– Ability to resolve conflicts in a collaborative setting
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others
– Strong organizational skills to stay on top of work
– Experience working on a team

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, sales, business management, etc.
– Knowledge in doing sales in an Australian market
– Excellent in written and verbal communications skills
– Understanding in sales process and dynamics
– Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
– Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
– Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
