Sales and Marketing Manager

I am looking for someone who can pull together our sales and marketing campaigns for our courses and kits in a natural health company.
20 hours a week self-employed. We are a team of 4 people in a small business. We have a good community of followers and we need to coordinate our sales and marketing campaigns. We need someone who is can generate an ongoing plan, help implement the marketing and generate the sales then improve performance.
You will :
be happy to work remotely and independantly.
Have good internet, computer and smartphone.

You will be confident in:
Planning monthly offers of courses and kits.
Creating offer incentives, sales landing page text, social posts and reels.
Updating websites, posts and apps each week with new offers and incentives.
Analyzing results and improving techniques each month
Selling to our existing community. We don’t advertise. We build relationships.

Be able to work with a small team (we are a small business and we have to work together to achieve results)

Be confident with technology software for the creation and uploading posts
Be competent in marketing strategy
Be professional and approachable to help build our community.

You will feel confident in the following areas:
Growing a community in facebook, Instagram and email campaigns
Creating a monthly marketing strategy
Updating wordpress websites offers pages weekly
Creating the text and incentive for the sales pages, landing pages and emails.
Checking each platform every week
Analysing the results of each campaign and working out ways to improve sales and reporting.

Being a naturally minded company, we would like someone who is interested in natural health and wellbeing to join our team although this is not essential if you are an excellent marketer with a background in business growth and development.

This position will be 15 – 20 hours a week to begin with and has the possibility of growing to full-time with the right person.
I would like someone who is able to stay with the company for at least 6 months to a year.
This position is self-employed which means you will invoice me for the hours worked each month.

Hourly rate will depend on experience. We pay in peso and the rate will be between 250 -500 peso an hour.
