Sales and Marketing Manager

Workfreer is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-service marketing, including social media, graphic design, professional profile management, and paid advertising. We are looking for someone who is passionate about launching individuals who have a lot to give (coaches, alternative health practitioners & consultants) and is tired of the traditional agency methods & wants to work with me to build a company that does things differently- people and their ideas are the core of everything we do ! (you could call our service “personal branding”).

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute/allocate marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads and increase sales.

Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Create and design marketing materials such as email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, and flyers.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising channels.
Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, using data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.

Build and manage professional profiles for our clients on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and more.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to foster business growth and revenue.

Identify trends and insights in the market and collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies to drive growth.

The ability to delegate and manage marketing projects/ strategies will be important as our business grows.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a sales and marketing manager, preferably in a senior agency role.

Strong skills in social media management, graphic design, professional profile management, and paid advertising.
Experience with web development is a plus but not a requirement.

Passionate about working with coaches, alternative health practitioners & consultants and launching individuals who have a lot to give.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
