Job Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Tekhive Web Studios, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to building our brand and establishing long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
– Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
– Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
– Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that client proposals are attractive, accurate, and aligned with Tekhive Web Studios’ capabilities.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and sales outcomes, using CRM software.
– Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Tekhive Web Studios and network with potential clients.
– Continuously improve knowledge of digital marketing trends, web technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the digital/tech industry.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
– Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
– Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
