Sales and Marketing Manager

We are a small MSP (IT support) company seeking a skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and lead a small marketing team. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can oversee our company’s digital marketing initiatives, manage a diverse team, and directly contribute to our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, email marketing, and lead generation.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, and ensure the marketing team is at the forefront of industry developments.
Coordinate with sales team to drive lead nurturing and customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, email marketing, and database marketing.
Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Proficient in marketing automation technology and tools.

What do we want? We want to develop a small Philippine based marketing team consisting of:
Marketing Manager (You): Full-time
Lead Generation Specialist (1): Full-time
Email Marketing Specialist (1): Part-time
SEO Specialist (1): Part-time
Web Developer, Copywriter, Graphic Artist: GIG (as-needed)

Our goal is to build a team that builds a list, then cleans and qualifies that list, makes calls to qualified leads, adds them to an automated email marketing campaign and monthly newsletter campaign, and builds a better google ranking for the websites. There is no PAID advertising (SEM)

We have NOT hired any of these positions yet, and will rely on the Sales and Marketing Manager (YOU) to help identify and hire the team. All positions are contractor based.
