Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager (Social Media, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads) will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to leverage social media platforms and digital advertising channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Job Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital advertising strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative, messaging, and content that resonates with target audiences and drives action.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and digital advertising to inform strategy and tactics.
Identify opportunities for audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization to improve campaign performance and increase ROI.
Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners and platforms to stay ahead of emerging opportunities and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Proven track record of success in social media marketing and digital advertising, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices for maximizing reach, engagement, and conversion.
Experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and optimizing performance based on key metrics and KPIs.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies and approaches to drive results in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with external partners.
Knowledge of media industry trends, digital content distribution, and audience behavior is a plus.
