Sales and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through research and analysis.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and marketing activities using our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least one year of experience in sales and marketing, in the food and beverage industry or similar industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Proven track record of driving sales revenue and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven and customer-focused mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms is a plus
