We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team and lead our efforts in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Position Overview:
The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing Venteeve’s sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and automation technologies and a passion for helping businesses leverage these solutions.

Target and Incentive:
The target for the first month is to close at least 3 high-ticket clients. If this target is achieved, there will be an opportunity for a full-time position with an attractive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
– Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
– Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
– Perform cold outreach (cold calls and cold DMs through social media platforms) to generate leads.
– Book, attend, and close meetings with potential clients.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the owner.

Marketing Strategy:
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
– Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
– Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
– Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
– Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve products and services.
– Work with the customer support team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
– 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Deep understanding of AI and automation technologies. If not, must be willing to learn.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
