Responsibilities:

Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments for sales team members.
Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into paying customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Manage and optimize social media channels to increase brand awareness and engage with potential customers.
Contribute to the design and development of our company website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and effectively converts visitors into leads.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales, marketing, web design, and social media.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, and sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in web design and development, with experience using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
