Job Summary:
The Sales Executive works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth in the long run. You will identify and qualify prospective clients, seeking opportunities for new sales through client and market research from lead generation. In this position, you are to respond to technical and procedural inquiries, then coordinate the formulation of price quotations, negotiations, submission of sales contracts, and maintenance of client/prospect records. You will also support the training and help guide operations about the client’s process, service offerings, and features based on symbiotic performance objectives.

Job Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our Forex products and services including Content Creation for IG, Twitter, Youtube or Tiktok, and Facebook Ads.
• Participate in the company’s marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion
• Identify and target potential clients in the Forex market through various channels, including online advertising, direct outreach, and networking events
• Invite prospects into joining a company Telegram Channel
• Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts that describe services with the aim to convert leads into live trading accounts
• Assist clients with inquiries on the trading platforms, products, onboarding and funding procedures
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including traders and analysts, to stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and market dynamics.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our Forex products.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor and track sales performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management on progress towards sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to Forex trading and marketing activities.

Qualifications
• 2yrs+ Related experience in the financial industry or technology sectors preferred
• Knowledge of forex, CFD trading and the markets is desirable
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, and able to identify key messaging for different audiences
• Independent, self-directed and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy
• Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
