Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement:
Strategically utilize Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, blogs, and the company website to engage and attract business customers.
Develop captivating content to showcase the benefits of switching energy suppliers.
Customer Outreach:
Proactively contact potential business customers via phone calls to explore opportunities for switching gas and electricity suppliers.
Engage decision-makers, understand current contracts, and gather essential information about energy usage.
Data Analysis:
Analyze energy usage patterns by obtaining and reviewing copies of customers’ electricity and/or gas bills.
Maintain meticulous records of customer information and interactions.
Sales Process:
Effectively communicate Dolphin Utilities’ advantages, emphasizing cost savings and superior service.
Address objections confidently to secure sales deals.
Follow-up and Relationship Management:
Implement a structured follow-up strategy to nurture leads and sustain relationships with potential customers.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes for future follow-ups.
Organization and Monitoring:
Utilize organizational skills to track customer interactions, monitor sales progress, and analyze key performance metrics.
Manage a pipeline of potential customers with timely follow-ups and updates.
Requirements:
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to represent Dolphin Utilities’ brand effectively.
Ability to simplify complex information for clear understanding.
Sales Experience:
Proven track record in B2C and B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector.
Comfortable with cold calling and achieving daily results.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Self-Motivation:
Driven and motivated to surpass sales targets while contributing to team goals.
Tech Proficiency:
