Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Land of Goods Vocational Consulting, a leading provider of vocational rehabilitation services. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our small business by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase our brand visibility and attract new clients. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our vocational evaluations and worksite evaluations services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for our vocational rehabilitation services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, industry trends, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, blogs, and case studies.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including insurance companies, attorneys, healthcare providers, and human resources departments.
Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote our vocational rehabilitation services and build partnerships.
Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials, to effectively communicate our services to potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to continually improve our marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure a consistent brand image across all communication channels.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or rehabilitation services industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with the vocational rehabilitation industry and an understanding of the target audience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, marketing automation software, and social media management tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations related to marketing in the vocational rehabilitation industry is a plus.
