Job Description: Helps contribute to the success of the sales team and retail accounts by preparing presentations, product decks, virtual samples, performing product research, identifying potential new accounts, setting appointments and executing pre-show marketing for trade shows.
Responsibilities include:
• Build presentation decks at the direction of the sales team using Salsify/PowerPoint
• Create virtual samples for the sales team
• Perform comp shops and account research
• Identify potential new accounts
• Send invites and help set appointments for sales meetings and trade shows
• Complete items set up in Excel for customer quotes
• Additional tasks, as needed
Specific skills required:
• Strong skills in Excel. Working experience with v-lookups and intermediate formulas
• Intermediate Photoshop skills
• Experience using PowerPoint
• Excellent intrapersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Must have reliable high speed internet, PC for VPN access
Reports to: Director of Sales
Location: HQ – Moorpark, CA 93021, USA – This position is remote (Philippines)
Hours: 7:15 AM – 4 PM Monday – Friday PST
Salary: $5.00/hour ($400 every two weeks via ACH/EFT)
