About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Team Lead will be pivotal in steering our client’s sales and marketing operations. Tasked with overseeing both strategy and execution, this role requires someone ready to step into leadership. This individual will handle integral sales and marketing tasks, and as our team grows, they’ll transition into a managerial role, guiding the sales and marketing team toward our company’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and marketing, outstanding communication skills, and a proven ability to coordinate and lead teams.

Responsibilities:

Establish and run email marketing campaigns
Ensure product details’ accuracy across e-commerce platforms, collaborating with the e-commerce admin for necessary updates.
Spearhead the planning and rollout of product launches.
Guide freelancers in crafting marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand and strategy.
Supervise marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI, and reporting results.
Create content for sales presentations, product demos, and promotional videos.
Draft persuasive marketing emails for new product promotions.
Craft impactful copy for various marketing collaterals, including social media.
Coordinate with the client and the creative team to strategize and distribute marketing materials.
Monitor product launch success, providing support from start to finish.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for e-commerce.
Stellar communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects seamlessly.
An independent, proactive, and self-motivated attitude, with an eye for leadership opportunities.
Keen attention to detail coupled with robust organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Tools:

Canva and other photo and video editing tools
ChatGPT, Bard, and Copywriting tools for content management are a plus but not required
Experience with email marketing platforms.
