Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Virtual Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team in our Food & Beverage (F&B) company. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s online presence and sales growth through engaging content creation, eye-catching poster design, strategic management of social media platforms, and effective handling of online advertising. This remote role requires an individual with a keen understanding of the F&B industry, excellent communication skills, and a flair for visual design.

• Monitor online platforms, including Google reviews, for customer feedback and complaints.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for effective conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure a positive online reputation.

? 1. Social Media and Influencer Management:
? – Collaborate with the marketing team to execute plans across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok.
? – Regularly update social media with engaging content to sustain brand engagement.
? – Develop and optimise social media ad campaigns for enhanced traffic and conversions.
? – Create diverse marketing content (text, images, videos) to educate and engage the target audience.
? – Reach out to influencers to expand brand reach and partnerships.
? 2. Reputation Management and Engagement:
? – Monitor online platforms for customer feedback, particularly Google reviews.
? – Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure effective conflict resolution.
? – Collaborate with the marketing team to uphold a positive online brand reputation.
? – Respond to comments, inquiries, and interactions on social media platforms in a timely manner.
? 3. Campaign Execution and Promotion:
? – Initiate and execute various marketing activities as directed by the Manager.
? – Manage the distribution of promotions and releases to media and publications.
? – Actively explore new online marketing channels to broaden the customer base.
? – Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support marketing initiatives and other business needs.
Required:
? •Must have at least 1-2 years of F&B experiences in the marketing field
? •BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study will be preferred
? • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
? • Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, Premier Pro. software
? • Proficient in digital marketing and content creation
? • Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, feedback or other interactions on google reviews and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
? • Excellent communication and people skills
? • Knowing edit video publish on social media
? • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
? • Knowledge of F&B industry trends, customer preferences, and online marketing strategies.
? • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in the F&B industry.
