Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by executing various tasks ranging from lead generation to campaign analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting lead generation activities to identify potential clients or customers.
• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Creating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
• Writing and designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination for marketing events or trade shows.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Analysing sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
• Competence in graphic design tools for creating marketing materials.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Analytical skills for interpreting market data and campaign performance metrics.
