Job Description

We are a New Zealand based group of companies linked to the NZ mortgage advisory business. We provide training courses, manage lender information databases, and provide mortgage advice to clients via our group of 10 advisers. We plan to grow that adviser base to over 30 advisers.

We are now looking for a full-time VA to assist the company with:
• general administration tasks
• Be the initial contact for mortgage advisers, clients, and potential learners to enrol for our courses
• update course content as new requirements are identified – We will train you
• Set up and onboarding new mortgage advisers to the mortgage business
• Set up and onboarding new users to the training and compliance business
• Assist marketing team with Social media marketing and digital marketing
• Assist the marketing team with SEO and social media updates to generate leads for the advisers
• Invoice potential clients and advisers (using Xero) and follow up as needed
• Communication with potential advisers or learners using email campaigns (EmailOctopus)

Depending on your qualifications, knowledge, and experience, the role can expand to suit your skill set.

Marketing Tasks
– Set up Facebook pages for new Advisers
– Provide ongoing updates to Facebook including monitoring and responding to queries

Course system management and eLearning Tasks (data entry)
We will train you in our systems and processes so you can also:
• Load approved content into online courses via Dacreed
• Assist our clients to develop and update the client’s ‘course content’ on our platforms
• Set up new clients on the Dacreed system

Job Applicant Management (Mortgage Advisers)
The group continuously looks for new advisers to join it and we would like you to provide a level of “front end” first contact support to manage and sell potential clients onto the courses we provide through a subsidiary company of the group.
Potential advisers are sourced by , via our own base, and via third-party lists. We would like to you contact them and present the different options for an applicant to become trained or become an adviser with the group.

Full training will be provided, and we use Pipedrive to manage the automaton of enrolments and applicants so if you have some experience with the Pipedrive CRM that would be advantageous.

You will also manage the scheduling of interviews for both mortgage adviser applicants who have all the necessary requirements, as well as potential students looking to enroll in one of the online courses Professional IQ – a partner company – provides.

On-boarding new advisers and learners
We will provide a checklist and you will then assist in onboarding new learners or new mortgage advisers, setting them up, and ensuring they are operational.

Ideal skills qualifications:
• Experienced in general administration tasks including Xero
• Marketing or similar background or qualifications
• Social media marketing and content planning
• Experience in contacting and talking to potential clients (not cold calls as these are already qualified)
• Sending email marketing to defined lists using EmailOctopus
• Pipedrive CRM experience, managing correspondence and communication via automated emails and also calls
• Good phone manners and easy to understand on the phone/Zoom
• Understanding of Pipedrive CRM
• Understanding of EmailOctopus Email marketing

Payments and other information:
• Full time role
• No need to be in NZ Timezone however this may be a requirement from time to time
• Salary to be discussed
