We’re seeking a Full-Time Remote Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant who thrives in this field and possesses excellent people skills, unwavering integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. A proactive mindset and a dedication to enhancing client engagement are crucial for excelling in this role.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote
Work Schedule: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM PH Time)
Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
Client Engagement: Primarily with clients in the US & Canada

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels and strategies.
Managing High-Level CRM System: Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for effective sales operations.
Creating Workflows and Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted workflows and marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Researching Prospects and Recording Data: Conduct thorough research on prospects, gather relevant information, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Outreach via Email and LinkedIn: Engage with leads and prospects through effective email and LinkedIn communications, nurturing relationships.
Scheduling Meetings and Appointments: Efficiently manage calendars and schedules, arranging and confirming meetings and appointments.

Experience
Proven experience in executing lead generation strategies within a sales or marketing environment.
Proficiency in managing high-level CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and implementing effective workflows and campaigns.
Demonstrated capability in conducting prospect research, data recording, and successful outreach via email and LinkedIn.
Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and managing appointments.
