Our client is a dynamic platform bridging the gap between the Facebook network and managed service providers, focusing on the C-suite. They boast an impressive portfolio of podcasts, courses, and workshops and are dedicated to cultivating a virtual community for MSPs. This community provides content designed for self-paced consumption, reflecting their commitment to transforming how MSPs engage, learn, and evolve.
They are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing VA, a role that is multifaceted and encompasses content creation, sales outreach, and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in steering our client’s content strategy, overseeing their CRM, and guaranteeing seamless operations for the member community. This position offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of digital marketing initiatives and member engagement, ensuring growth and success for the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
*Marketing:
– Collaborate on content creation, focusing on short video clips.
– Edit videos or coordinate with external editors.
– Schedule and post videos on LinkedIn, the company website, and other platforms.
– Utilize Vimeo for video management.
– Organize and oversee virtual events.
* Sales & Outreach:
– Manage email and LinkedIn outreach initiatives.
– Oversee CRM operations using Close CRM.
– Conduct research on potential leads, adhering to a provided template.
– Facilitate the onboarding of new members and leads, with a focus on those from conferences.
* Operations:
– Address member concerns related to payments using Stripe.
– Assist members with login and other platform-specific inquiries.
– Oversee and provide support for the WordPress website, utilizing Elementor.
– Offer assistance for BuddyBoss on WordPress.
– Implement light SEO strategies to enhance platform visibility.
Skills and Competencies:
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or sales roles.
– Experience in content creation, particularly video content, and sales outreach campaigns.
– Proficiency in Close CRM or similar CRM platforms is essential.
– Basic knowledge of video editing or experience coordinating with external editors.
– Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective member interaction and content creation.
– Exceptional multitasking abilities and effective time management skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
– Familiarity with platforms like Vimeo, WordPress, Elementor, and BuddyBoss is a distinct advantage.
– Experience in organizing and managing virtual events.
– A foundational understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
– Prior experience or understanding of the Managed Service Providers (MSP) industry would be beneficial.
