We’re seeking a Full-Time Remote Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant who thrives in this field and possesses excellent people skills, unwavering integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Sourcing and candidate Identification. Actively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels and strategies.
• Establish strong relationships to effectively identify key requirements for open positions.
Managing High-Level CRM System:
• Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for effective sales operations.
• Generate regular reports on the progress of recruitment and provide insights for process improvement.
Creating Workflows and Campaigns:
• Develop and execute targeted workflows and marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Researching Prospects and Recording Data:
• Conduct thorough research on prospects, gather relevant information, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Outreach via Email and :
• Engage with leads and prospects through effective email and LinkedIn communications, nurturing relationships.
Scheduling Meetings and Appointments:
• Efficiently manage calendars and schedules, arranging and confirming meetings and appointments.
Qualifications:
• No clinical research experience is needed.
• Medical experience would be a plus.
• Experience in executing lead generation strategies within a sales or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in managing high-level CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, , etc.) and
implementing effective workflows and campaigns.
• Demonstrated capability in conducting prospect research, data recording, and successful
outreach.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and managing appointments.
