We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our marketing strategies, generating leads, conducting outbound sales calls, and providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales and Marketing VA, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and improving our customer engagement.
Our client is a leading provider of Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) certifications and services. They are dedicated in helping pet owners navigate the certification process and improve their mental health and well-being through the companionship of their furry friends.

Type of Employment: Full time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
1. Create and improve marketing plans for B2C campaigns, with a focus on Social Media (Facebook).
2. Lead generation to identify potential customers interested in our services.
3. Conduct outbound sales calls and monitor live chat and email inquiries.
4. Assist with inbound calls and provide excellent customer support.
5. Close sales with a monthly quota, with a minimum target of 20 sales per month in the first three months, increasing to 80 sales per month.
6. Follow up with sign-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Utilize AI capabilities, including Chat GPT, to enhance customer interactions.
8. Navigate and utilize HubSpot for customer relationship management.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in spoken and written English with very little detectable accent.
2. Proven experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation for B2C companies in the United States.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to voice observations for process improvements.
4. Creative thinking when it comes to marketing and advertising, with the ability to offer innovative input and execute marketing strategies.
5. Charismatic and possesses leadership qualities; the pioneer agent will eventually build the sales team once quotas and ROI are achieved.
6. Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
7. Can start immediately
