Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales and Onboarding Specialist to join our bookkeeping company. In this role, you will primarily focus on driving sales through LinkedIn, while also assisting with the onboarding process for clients transitioning to QuickBooks. Additionally, you will handle phone calls and engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

– Utilize LinkedIn as a key platform for lead generation, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients.
– Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to convert leads into customers, showcasing the value of our bookkeeping services.
– Engage with clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to QuickBooks and providing necessary guidance and support.
– Answer incoming phone calls and promptly address customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
– Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to gather client requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the sales and onboarding processes.
– Maintain a strong understanding of our services, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
– Capture and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and onboarding progress in our CRM system.
– Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through self-development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the bookkeeping or related industry.
– Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn as a sales tool, with a track record of generating leads and building client relationships through the platform.
– Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software, along with the ability to effectively onboard clients and provide guidance.
– Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and engage with customers over the phone.
– Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service and support.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
– Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems or sales software.
