We are looking for a Sales and Operations Representative to come aboard our repair and maintenance company and help us on our mission to make it easy to take care of a property.
If you’re excellent at sales, and written and verbal communication, we are open to discussing a higher starting salary.
The working hours are 11:00 am to 9:00 pm (UTC+8) with a 60-minute break, Wednesday to Sunday. We are in the same time zone as you.
Our customers will come to you with a problem they need to solve within their property. You will have to:
1. Diagnose and break down the problem. (Problem Solving and Communication)
2. Provide advice and service recommendations to solve the problem. (Sales and Support)
3. Schedule an appointment to carry out the services. (Operations)
You will communicate with our customers through voice calls, WhatsApp, and email.
You will also have to:
A. Provide administrative support to managers and service teams.
B. Notify our customers about updates to their appointments.
C. Build and maintain a relationship with our customers.
D. Maintain clear notes on ongoing communications.
For a part of your first month, you will work together with us to learn how we currently carry out the work you will have to do.
For the entirety of your first month, we will be available to answer questions and provide guidance during your working hours.
We expect you to be able to carry out this role independently within one month.
