Role Description:
Serve as a versatile team member in a virtual setting, taking on the responsibilities of a Sales and Order Management Associate for a distribution company.
Actively engage with potential customers to drive sales, build relationships, and manage the end-to-end order process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of the company’s offerings to potential customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing concerns to facilitate the sales process.
Generate and qualify leads through virtual channels, such as email, social media, and online platforms, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers.
Prepare and deliver virtual sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute virtual sales campaigns and promotions, maximizing sales opportunities.
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate order entry, tracking, and resolution of any issues related to shipments.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment, collaborating closely with the order management department.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales support, collaborating with the customer support team.
Stay informed about the company’s product portfolio, industry trends, and order management processes to provide comprehensive support.

Skills Required:
Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills for engaging potential customers and managing sales activities.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in using virtual sales tools, CRM systems, and order management software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in handling emails and chat inquiries.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Google Sheets Expert (preferred but not required)
Quickbooks (preferred but not required)
Must have worked in the Amazon Space (Please Submit Previous Work history and relevant skills)
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Time management skills to prioritize leads, follow-ups, and order management tasks effectively.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and a proactive approach to identifying new sales and order management opportunities.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections, challenges in the sales process, and ensure smooth order processing.
Knowledge of the distribution industry, products, and competitive landscape to provide informed support.
