Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Sales and Revenue Data Analyst to join our growing team of analysts and professionals. As a Sales and Revenue Data Analyst, you should have a solid understanding of sales data analysis to drive revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on SQL proficiency and mastery of Excel / spreadsheets.

About the role

As a Sales and Revenue Data Analyst at Hypothesis, you’ll:
–Serve as our in-house HubSpot expert, optimizing the CRM, integrations, workflows, and reporting & analytics tools.
–Aggregate and compile comprehensive monthly data reports for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
–Dive deep into customer data to discern patterns, market trends, and upselling opportunities.
–Facilitate and streamline communication between sales, customer success, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment on key projects and initiatives.
–Collaborate with the RevOps team to generate key performance indicator reports.
–Present insightful analysis to a range of audiences.
–Evaluate and introduce new technologies to elevate the sales and revenue team performance.
–This role will report to the VP of Sales.

About you

–Your expertise in CRM and data management tools drives efficiency.

–You’re detail-oriented and prioritize data accuracy.
–You embrace a growth mindset and continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve.

Experience
–Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
–Advanced competency in using HubSpot for CRM and data management.
–Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
–2-3 years of experience in a sales administrative role(preferred).
