Sales and Social Media Manager

We are a digital agency seeking a highly motivated and creative teammate to join our team as a Sales and Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, and regularly monitoring the success of every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities:
Create reports for weekly and monthly social media insights for each platform
Review and adjust strategies accordingly to social media performance.
Research and identify brand specific and relevant keywords
Provide suggestions on how to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers, and paying customers.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with a team of content creators to develop creative content of various types
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
Execute and monitor cold email/DM campaigns that ultimately drive sales

The Sales and Social Media Manager, will ultimately be responsible for generating leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline from social media follower to paying client, and communicating with clients through email, video, or telephone when necessary.

Qualifications:

Prior knowledge of social media platforms and their features is required
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with English speaking clients
Proficient in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Metricool, etc.
Proficient with social media reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Buzzsumo.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask between creative projects
Strong time management and organizational skills.
