Job Title:
Sales and Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Social Media Manager to take over and revitalize our retail sales efforts while also managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English-speaking and writing skills, a strong ability to sell and build relationships with retail store owners, and experience in social media management and content creation.

Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
• Re-establish and maintain relationships with over 100 existing retail locations.
• Proactively reach out to surf retail stores across the USA through calls and emails to secure orders.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of our products and the Symple Surf brand.
• Handle customer service inquiries from our website, escalating any issues that require further assistance.
• Create and manage invoices using QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain and update order forms in Excel.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on sales activities and store engagement.
• Effectively manage time and follow-up with store owners to ensure order capture.
Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow our Instagram account by posting photos, videos, and stories.
• Create and edit content using provided images and videos to produce engaging social media posts.
• Use Canva and Capcut for creative purposes.
• Develop a good sense of graphic design for creating content for email marketing and Facebook Meta ads.
Requirements:
• Nearly excellent English-speaking and writing skills, with a preference for native or near-native fluency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
• Exceptional selling and conversational abilities.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and understand our products and brand deeply.
• Experience in managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram.
• Proficiency in Canva and Capcut.
• Good sense of graphic design and experience in creating marketing creatives.
• Previous experience in sales, social media management, or content creation is a plus.
