Working Hours and Compensation:
A full-time position requiring New Zealand office hours (NZT).
Previous Filipino agents have worked from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm NZT, seven days a week, considering the 4-hour time difference between New Zealand and the Philippines.
The compensation structure includes a guaranteed monthly salary of Php 10,000. Meeting targets will qualify you for an additional allowance of Php 5,000, along with sales commission earnings that can go up another Php 15,000 monthly, so a total of Php 30,000 is achievable.

Role: Sales and Technical Support Representative (Remote Position)

The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Sales and Technical Support Representative passionate about technology and customer service. If you excel in providing technical support and have a knack for sales, this role offers the perfect blend of both. You’ll be instrumental in managing technical issues, upselling tech support plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services, including Bitdefender Gravity Zone.
We’re in search of enthusiastic individuals eager to dive into the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI), even without extensive prior experience. Our aim is to cultivate a team passionate about exploring how AI can revolutionize our internal operations and enhance our digital interfaces, such as our website, through AI-driven technologies like chatbots and content generation powered by GPT. We value curiosity and a willingness to learn and innovate in AI applications, including automation of notifications and chatbot functionalities, as well as development within Microsoft ecosystems. Your Role Involves:
Driving sales and upselling our tech support plans and products.
Providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Engaging in outbound sales to potential customers.
Maintaining a professional work environment for uninterrupted service.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience.
Proficiency in email applications and operating systems (Windows, Apple, iOS, Android).
Experience using and setting up with Bitdefender Antivirus, Zoho CRM, Desk and Assist, Zoom, Microsoft Dyanmics CRM, with Outllook (advantageous).
Previous web development experience.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Access to dual monitors and a high-spec computer with reliable internet.
