About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and tenacious Appointment Booker to join our growing sales team within our Recruitment business. In this exciting role, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, playing a crucial role in connecting qualified leads with our dedicated sales team. You will play a key part in the acquisition of new clients in the UK Construction sector and contribute to continued revenue growth. This position demands a highly driven, resilient character that enjoys making outbound calls. You will also need a fluent English accent.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
o Utilise provided lead lists and prospecting tools to research and identify prospects.
o Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, aiming to establish rapport and qualify their interest in our company’s offerings.
• Appointment Setting:
o Engage in persuasive conversations with leads, uncovering their needs and challenges.
o Clearly present our company’s niche offering and schedule appointments with interested leads for further sales conversations with a sales team expert.
o Work collaboratively with the sales team to book ideal appointment times with the use of Calendly.
• Data Management:
o Accurately log call records and activity in our CRM system, ensuring comprehensive data for analysis and reporting.
o Update lead statuses based on call outcomes and provide feedback to improve lead generation strategies.
• Performance Tracking:
o Monitor and analyse individual call metrics, including connection rates, conversation duration, and appointments booked.
o Strive to continuously improve your performance and adapt your approach based on data-driven insights.
• Teamwork and Collaboration:
o Maintain open communication with the sales team, sharing interested leads and providing updates on appointment scheduling.
o Contribute to team discussions and brainstorm new strategies for lead generation and appointment setting success.
Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience in making outbound calls and qualifying leads in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage in persuasive conversations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet daily call quotas.
• Familiarity in using CRM software and other relevant administrative tools.
• Highly driven, self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to team success.
• Adaptable and resilient, able to handle rejection and navigate challenging conversations. Able to change priorities and embrace new challenges.
• Can demonstrate a willingness to learn and be productive every day.
• Be organised and dependable and show the ability to sweat the small stuff.
• Fluent English accent with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word & Outlook
• Previous experience with Construction or temp Recruitment business would be advantageous.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable quiet workspace to perform remote duties effectively.

• Competitive salary and incentives. 56,000 PHP / £800 per month plus opportunities for bonus
