Appointment Setter for Financial Advisor & Financial Coach:

We are a growing financial advisory firm that helps clients with financial planning, investment management, and financial coaching. We are looking for an appointment setter with a healthy sales background who can contact potential clients by phone, text, and email to schedule appointments for our financial advisors and maximize our growth potential.

Responsibilities:
• Be trustworthy.
• Be Accountable. Mistakes happen, but being able to own them and provide solutions in a timely fashion is crucial.
• Generate leads from various sources such as referrals, online platforms, directories, etc.
• Contact potential clients by phone, text, and email and introduce our services and value proposition
• Qualify leads based on their financial goals, needs, and suitability
• Schedule appointments for our financial advisors
• Update and maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and clients in our CRM system
• Follow up and follow through with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Use critical thinking skills to go beyond what a task make ask you to do in order to maximize the chances of success

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or related field is preferred
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services
** Must be willing to work on Florida time zone**
