Sales Appointment Setter

What we are offering and what we expect from our potential candidates:
– work from the comfort of your own home
– having previous SALES & CUSTOMER experience is a HUGE ADVANTAGE
– smooth with talking and very fluent in English
– understands the online education space as our product is a digital education product
– hard working, you get a base monthly wage plus commissions for each set call made, there is no cap to earnings
– hours of availability between 7AM to 7PM PST to take/make phone calls at night or early mornings as we are based in Canada/USA (full time hours between these times is optimal)
– patient and LOVES to talk to people
– must have a can-do attitude and a team player
– coachable in learning from our top-tier experts
– BONUS if you are familiar with and/or sold to our market before
– you can provide high quality references

About us:
We are an online education company selling an e-commerce program to B2C clients. We have been in business for 5 years and our team consists of 15 people total (they all work remote with us).
You will get to learn new skills with me 1-1 for free, but you’ll also:
– Have no cap to your earning potential due to commissions (base pay is included)
– Be provided with inbound leads and outbound calling prospects to set appointments for our consultants (roughly 50-75 dials per day). Some email/messenger appointment setting may be required. Compensation depends heavily on set calls for our team.
– Receive world class sales coaching and training (about 1 week to complete).
– Be able to work remotely with your laptop from home
– Make your own schedule, within reason

Compensation structure: Base pay with commission
