We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Appointment Setter to join our team and support our USA sales representatives in scheduling appointments with potential clients.
Job Description:
As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by securing qualified appointments for our USA sales representatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and working effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls/emails to prospective clients in the USA to schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
– Use persuasive communication techniques to communicate the value proposition of our products/services effectively.
– Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled in our CRM system.
– Collaborate closely with our USA sales team to ensure scheduling priorities and goals alignment.
– Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.
Additional Information:
– This is a full-time ongoing position with USA EST work hours aligned with our USA team’s work schedule.
– Weekly team meetings with an international team spanning the USA and Philippines.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Salary: Depends on Experience (DOE)
