Salary: PHP 25,000 base salary per month + 10% commission on sales

Job Overview:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base through targeted email outreach. Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling emails that leverage our case studies to attract potential clients and encourage them to book sales calls. You will also utilize our extensive databases to identify and reach out to look-alike potential clients who match our existing success stories.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies to generate leads for the sales team.
Utilize case studies and other marketing materials to create compelling email content.
Identify potential clients using our detailed databases, focusing on prospects that resemble our successful case studies.
Manage and update client information in the database to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
Regularly report on campaign results, including email response rates and conversion statistics.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in managing large datasets and comfortable working with CRM software.
Strong understanding of email marketing techniques and best practices.
Ability to craft personalized and persuasive messages.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
