Job Description

We’re looking for an English speaking Sales Specialist (setter) who LOVES to communicate with people and help change lives.

The Sales Specialist (setter) sets calls for the Sales Advisors by facilitating conversation of leads in the pipeline. Sales Specialists are motivated by helping others achieve a high level of success.

Responsibilities

Review company’s Facebook Group for prospects
Move all prospects to the proper stages of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
Document all interactions with all prospects & clients in the CRM
Educate prospects on products and services offered by the company
Attend Sales team meetings
Collaborate with Client Success Director on ways to better serve current clients

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

1+ years of sales experience
“Hungry” sense of initiative
Strong communication skills
Coachable and open to critiquing in order to increase and improve skills
Great personal time management skills
Positive attitude
