Requirements:
– LEGIT Virtual Sales/Appointment setting experience (services or products)
– Excellent English communication skills with a natural tone or American accent
– Experience with CRM utilization, preferably HubSpot, and adeptness in scheduling appointments and managing calls
– Can communicate freely
– Availability to work ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
– Address overflow of inbound calls during designated working hours.
– Conduct cheerful follow-up calls, rehashing previous discussions, rescheduling appointments, and direct communication with customers/clients, and product sales.
– Monthly Filter Reminders to book additional calls.
-Coordinate and arrange appointments.
-Schedules consultations between sales staff and potential clients.
– Skillfully manage sales opportunities and generate turnovers from service interactions
– Initiate sales calls
– After each call, dispatch an email summary to managers
– Admin tasks

APPOINTMENT SETTING EXPERIENCE in medical FIELDS, CLINICS, NURSING HOMES, ROOFING COMPANIES, SOLAR, HVAC COMPANY is a Plus!
